The refuge is situated directly on the Courmayeur ski slopes at 1,890 metres height, and is reached by skis during the winter. During the summer period the refuge is marked on the itineraries of the Mont Blanc tour hike and is an ideal stopping place after a long days hike.

During the winter ski season we run a skidoo service for luggage and guests from the top of the Val Veny cable car.
